Hill was a CIA field agent active in London during Day 9. Shortly after 11am, Hill was part of the team led by Erik Ritter to apprehend the suspect Jack Bauer at the Chatham and Dominion factory, using the callsign "TAC5". After Jack fled the factory and ran to the riverbank, Hill and another agent approached from the beach to south and held him at gunpoint, cornering him as Ritter made the arrest.
