(unf) is a suffix that is short for unfinished. It may refer to unfinished potions or urns. In the case of potions, it refers to a vial of water mixed with any herb and will be "[Herb name] potion (unf)"; the tertiary ingredient is needed to be added to finish the potion. For urns, it means the urn has been moulded out of clay but not yet fired.
