During Hero's Quest Phoenix Gang member pushes the panel to enter a yard with Guard dogs and sideroom of Brimhaven mansion (Miscellaneous key is required for the sideroom). The panel is also the only way to enter the two-storey building north of the restaurant with a Large Steel Helmet spawn. Examine: This wall doesn't look quite right
