Ensign Rosaly Ybarra was a female Starfleet officer who was assigned to the USS Enterprise, under the command of Captain James T. Kirk, in the 2260s. In 2268, Ybarra accompanied Captain Kirk and a landing party to the surface of the planet Anomaly. She later became stranded on the planet for a while with the rest of the party, and her memories were explored by the telepathic Arivne. These memories included witnessing the deaths of her family in a freak flyer crash at age 10. She had survivor's guilt for 15 years afterward. (TOS novel: Planet of Judgment)
