The JCRG1601 features a neck-through-body construction with African mahogany wings capped with a 4mm thick exotic maple top mated to a satin finished asymmetric maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with exotic maple binding and Tree of Life inlays. Components include dual DiMarzio Fusion humbucking pickups, an Edge Zero double locking tremolo bridge with a removable tuning stabilizer system, a locking nut, Gotoh Free Lock II strap pins and Gotoh tuning machines. Controls consist of a master volume, a 3-way pickup selector lever and a mini-toggle switch to coil-tap the pickups.
