The Decolonisation of Europe Bill was passed by the Upper House of the King's Parliament of Camuria on 20 June 2009. The Bill was originally forwarded on 20 march 2009, but due to flaws in the original Bill, it was rejected by the Conservative Party. On 20 June 2009 the newly written Bill was passed by a vote of the Upper House, declaring that by the year 2010, the Kingdom of Camuria will of given independence to it's Province's outisde of the British Isles andd a certain amount of autonomy to those in the further reaches of the Islands.
