Project CityConnect (PCC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and fostering sister cities and town partnerships around all of Planet Bob. The organization will work with nearly any city to pair it with a city somewhere in the world. The organization was founded when the nations of Disparu and Grand Besaid decided to partner some of their biggest and greatest cities, pronouncing a number of cities as sister cities because of the similarities that they hold to one another. Sister cities is a term used to describe the cooperative agreements between towns, cities and even counties in geographically and politically distinct areas to promote cultural and commercial ties.
