The Cyndan Mining Guild was a mining company based on the moon Cynda, which orbited the planet Gorse. During the Age of the Empire, the Neimoidian Palfa served as the company's director before he was murdered by the Imperial Count Denetrius Vidian for opposing the latter's decision to impose an age cap on the company's workers.
