Bill Cleveland is a former NASCAR driver from Teaneck, NJ. He competed in four Sprint Cup Series events in his career, earning one top-ten. Cleveland came out of the gate strong, having his debut come at Morristown in 1953. Starting positions in the field of twenty-three are unknown, but Cleveland had a solid afternoon and wound up 10th, his career-best run. However, he struggled later in year at Langhorne, finishing 37th.
