[Source] The Blade of Nyenthi'Oris, meaning Blade of the Great Tree, was a one-handed sword created by the members of the Kerritamba Village in the Kkowir Forest of the planet Kashyyyk. It was said to "glitter" with the pride of the Kerritamba people and was only given to the most honorable of citizens. Sometime after the Battle of Yavin, during the Galactic Civil War, one of these swords was awarded to a spacer who had been of immense help to the village and its citizens. The sword was given to the spacer by Chief Kerritamba after the sentient had cured the village's Great Tree of an unknown illness.
