The Spotted Frog can be encountered starting on the B3F, and is seen for the rest of the first stratum. It is exactly the same as the Forest Frog, except the Spotted Frog has more health, attack power and defense. It also has a much more powerful Jump than the one of the Forest Frogs. Unlike its smaller brethen, this recolored Forest Frog is best handled with a constant barrage of Attacks. It is also worth using the ice element on it. Spotted Frogs continue to be ever so lightly dangerous, as they accompany other monsters or pair up with each other the further down you go.
