Nynaeve al'Meara (married name: el'Nynaeve ti al'Meara Mandragoran) is one of the main female protagonists of the series. Formerly the Wisdom of Emond's Field, she is now an Aes Sedai of the Yellow Ajah and, by virtue of her marriage to Lan Mandragoran, the Queen of Malkier. Nynaeve is one of the most powerful female channelers currently alive.
