Taito (泰斗流, taito-ryuu) is a martial art taught in Calvard. Taito users focus their chi (気, ki) in their bodies and emit it from their fists with great force. The best known Taito users are Zane Vathek and his senior, Walter. The Taito school distinguishes two purposes of the martial art: pursuers of the 'Living Fist' seek to perfect one's self through the medium of honorable combat whereas the 'Murderer's Fist' aims to kill their opponents.
