Shalis Ptolexis was a human woman of Mulhorandi descent who was married to the patriarch of House Darkdance of Westgate, Neveren Darkdance. She was also the mother of the powerful mage Myrin Darkdance. Shalis was a priestess of Sharess and wrote a book called Wanderings in Love's Name, which was published in 1354 DR.
