Casper Robert Van Dien, Jr. (born December 18, 1968 in Milton, FL, USA) is a B-movie actor and activist who outside of his best known role as Johnny Rico in RiffTrax Live's Starship Troopers. For the riffing treatment, Dien along with other cast members including fellow MST3K alum Neil Patrick Harris, promoted the event via their Twitter accounts. Dien also reprised the Johnny Rico role in a 2005 PC game of the same name, a 2008 direct-to-video third installment and a well-received CGI animated film called ST: Invasion. He is married to actress Catherine Oxenberg with whom he commonly co-stars with as well.
