Whitey, last seen in The first Judge Dredd story back in Prog 2, escapes from Devil's Island by getting his cellmate to build a weather computer, and using it to bring a freak snowstorm to the Meg, stopping all the traffic. Dredd, however, recaptures him and sends him back.
