The series takes place in the year 2121 AD. The plot of Gundam AD revolves around Jethro Landon, a civilian from America who has moved to Japan. However, when Earth is at war, he uses a Mobile Suit known as "Adonis" (アドニス, Adonisu) to change the course of history.
