Schaefers's Hammer is a legendary two-handed mace in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to drop. It is the only two-handed weapon with bonus to Lightning Damage done by skills. The unique affix chance appears to be 100% and has no cooldown. It does not require the bearer's attack to actually hit an enemy, multiple applications do not stack, and it pulses with damage every 1 second instead of dealing damage over time. Radius of the blast is approximately 20 yards, visible by the glow on the ground.
