"Chewie" was a song by the lite jizz band Ugly Gravity released in 58 ABY on their LP Coruscanti Paradise. It immortalized the Wookiee Chewbacca for the galactic hero he was. Ironic to the formation of the song was singer Jasper Jummmand's previous love of the bounty hunter who hunted Chewbacca's co-pilot Han Solo, Boba Fett. However in the time between "The Ballad of Boba Fett" and Jummmand's move to Ugly Gravity, he had a change in heart for the Rebels, and by the second album, entitled a piece that would honor Chewbacca.
