This quest was only available during the Down Twisting Paths event and is now retired. You had to help Iian di Alduressa get assistance from the Master Armorers so he learn to forge his own Alduressa Shadow armor. He started crafting the armor from the Shining Runes and Shadowed Hands event onwards.
