Raccoon Park was an attraction within the former midwestern mountain community of Raccoon City. It was located to the very north of the city, on the west bank of the Circular river. To the immediate south and south west was the Raccoon General Hospital and Saint Michael Clock Tower, respectively. Across the river was Umbrella's Incineration Disposal Plant P-12A and a junkyard.
