Telarnel is an Altmer alchemist found in the city of Orsinium. She can be found working at the Hydalion's Potions & Elixirs together with store owner Hydalion. Despite being an alchemist, Telarnel will not offer her services to the Vestige, claiming that her concoctions are more fitting for farmers and housewives.
