'Radials' was a term for animals on Sergyar that favored radial symmetry (as compared to being hexapedal). Radial symmetry was particularly favored by the more insect-like creatures, such as the ones that lived in underground tunnels with yellow cones of sand at the entrances (rather like ants), and by 'vampire balloons'.
