Doctor Venus makes her minions out of socially isolated (and horny) teenagers, whom she then transforms into buff super-soldiers. Unfortunately the process is unstable and they last only about 18 months. While operating in Los Angelos, CA she used a series of these minions to help her commit robberies for Dr. Macabre.
