Major Hilde Dickhaut (ヒルデ・ディックオー, Hirude Dikkuō) is a high-ranking officer in the German military, and assumes the role of a surrogate leader of Wolfsschlucht and one of Sieglinde Sullivan's caretakers, as part of the Emerald Witch Education Project.
