When Anderson awoke in the middle of the Xenomorph outbreak at the research facility on LV-426, the commander immediately contacted him with the aim of guiding him out of the complex and to safety. He was in constant contact with Anderson as the Marine made his way through the colony and finally the Atmosphere Processing Plant on the moon, and arranged for a dropship to rescue him from the surface.
