Château Latour was a wine from France on Earth. In a holoprogram set in 1944, Katrine (a member of the French Resistance), owner of the Le Coeur de Lion, sent a bottle of Château Latour to Karr to soften him up. She did not want to waste a good one from 1929 on him, so she sent a 1936 vintage. (VOY: "The Killing Game")
