The Monster High magazine debuted in Spain on September 26, 2011 and was published by Panini España. Several European countries followed swiftly after, such as France and Germany. The first issue written in English followed half a year later, when the magazine debuted in the UK. It would take nearly two years before the USA, the franchise's country of origin, would receive its own edition. While the European magazine have a monthly release schedule, the USAmerican one is limited to a quarterly release schedule.
