Offensive Beat is a support skill only learned by a Minstrel. This is a great ability to support an ally with, increasing their MAT while increasing your own accuracy and crit rate. It should most likely be used when nothing else needs taking care of to increase your magic team's damage output, which would usually be the team that the Minstrel is on.
