The Man In The Moon (also known as Harold by Mother Nature) is a character who appeared in the cartoon show episode of the same name. He is the brother of Mother Nature and the controller of the moon's phases, and his job is to make sure that the moon shines full at every lunar cycle (one month). He is also a maker of cheese, which he feeds to the rats that keep him company up on the moon in his workshop.
