Lord Jasper Taylor, Steadholder Canseco, was a Grayson citizen and conservative Steadholder. In 1920 PD, he was part of a delegation led by Lord Mueller that demanded to know the Church of Humanity Unchained's official standing where Honor Harrington's "illegitimate" son was concerned. (HH11)
