In the song, Len and Rin's "corpses" are going to be "exchanged". They are also in a black and white hospital ward (hence the title "Monochrome Ward"), one brief flash back shows that Rin used to visit Len in the ward. Len seemingly tries to escape the hospital, asking Rin for directions to the exit. Someone, possibly Rin, going around the hospital killing people and Meiko tells Len to be wary.
