The Gaston Marine Corps was the "amphibious" military force responsible for protecting the Gaston System in cooperation with the Gaston Navy. It was dissolved along with the Navy after the system was conquered by the People's Republic of Haven sometime prior to 1856 PD. Some of its officers, like Lieutenant Henri Dessouix, were sent to a secret Havenite prison camp on the planet Hades. (HH8)
