Smooth Dude is a character appearing in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles issue 2, part 3 (Steven and Carson's Books). He is very similar in appearance to The Claw, down to even having the large spiked tail that ends in a bulb, and a weapon in his hair (although this is an object similar to his tail, as opposed to The Claw's color/power absorption).
