Nick Fury brought together five young superheroes to train them to become the next Avengers: White Tiger, Power Man, Iron Fist, Nova and Spider-Man. After several month's working with the S.H.I.E.L.D. trainees Spider-Man left the team on Tony Stark's proposition to join the Avengers.
