The Green Mummy was the alternate identity of Charles Forbes, a wealthy man who owned an extremely valuable blue diamond. He intended to steal the diamond from himself as the Green Mummy and collect the insurance money, then sell the diamond in secret. The Green Mummy was an above average fighter, and carried conventional weapons such as knives and firearms. He was also fairly sadistic, preferring to kill people in creative ways, such as turning them into wax figures. He was eventually stopped by the Black Owl.
