He is not seen or mentioned in any of the games in the Grand Theft Auto series. Thomas Crapper is a businessman, who once thought about building a factory in Liberty City, which made the city (for a time at least) "an area of global innovation". The reason for him not moving building a factory in Liberty City is unknown.
