Katsuhisa Higuchi is an enemy in Final Fantasy IV. He is one of the enemies encountered in the Developer's Room. Attacking him for 1 HP damage will make him use Detonate and kill himself, and take off 1 HP from one member of the party. Taking off 2 or more HP will simply defeat him.
