Kitsuki Yamagi was a Jade Magistrate of the Dragon Clan. After Mirumoto Junnosuke was cast out in 1159 from the clan for his dishonorable actions, several of his men also left the clan, following their lord into shame. Unable to handle life as [[ronin], they fell in with some of the maho-tsukai that found refuge in the Dragon's lands. Yamagi joined the new ronin in an attempt to root out the cultist cell. He was aided by a group of samurai.
