Dried Meat is a food item that provides a moderate morale bonus. While it doesn't provide as much as morale as beef, dried meat never spoils. If the player chooses "poacher" as their background, they will have two dried meats in their starting inventory. These can either be kept to feed your army, or sold for an initial money boost.
