Blizzard Bat is (the tentative name for) an intelligent computer created by 3WA. He can transform Michael into Kamen Rider Blizzard. It is not an original Vampire Bat because it was created by humans. It also blows the Key Fuestle to unseal Kamen Rider Blizzard's main weapon Gigantic Claw.
