Anton Chenkov is a close relative of a Russian oligarch, and one of the targets of the Human Traffic investigation. He owns a castle in Wales. He can be found in northern Parker Square, about to meet a date who's flustered to dine with Russian "royalty". While hacking his suitcase, he tells an associate to delay their flight out of the country and put himself at risk, presumably to meet his date before leaving.
