Move is an integral and important stat in the Tactics series of Final Fantasy games. It is the stat that determines how far an unit can travel from their current position, and works in tangent with the Jump statistic, in scenarios in which the player can or cannot cross over tiles lower or higher than the spot they are at. In every game, all Job classes have a set Move counter, which can further be increased either by abilities or pieces of equipment.
