He, like many challenge-related NPCs, has a unique character model, appearing as an elderly man in brown overalls. During the part 1 of his quest, he claims that Khazar has sent him to help in constructing the player's village, teaching the player how to use the workshop in the process. After part 1, he rewards the player with the forest miracle and states that he will live in the player's village from now on, becoming a regular villager, but keeping his unique model.
