Kyoto is the Captain of the Heiko Pirates, which in turn, gives him complete authority over his crew members and is considered the strongest member within the crew. Although lacking a Devil Fruit, as most Captains within the Grand Line have consumed one, Kyoto is capable of defeating powerful opponents without such a weapon. Due to his parents rarely being around, he's had to teach himself to fend for himself against others. Since his young days, he's been known as Xei's #1 thief, being proficient enough to elude pursuers without much of a hassle. Occasionally, when he would be escaping from his pursuers, he would jump from the floor to the top of stands and then the roofs over houses, showing great agility and acrobatic skills not seen within an average human being.
