The Danger Swimwear can be acquired from Doctor after he gives the player the last item the player needs to complete the Act 2 of the Main Quest (Elona+). The player has to talk to Doctor Gavela with the in their inventory and at least 20 pp. Choose the option to give 20pp. The Danger Swimwear will be dropped on the floor in exchange for the Awesome Swimwear and 20pp.
