Moiraine sits surrounded by books and scrolls. She and Lan are in a town called Tifan's Well, in Arafel, where Adeleas and Vandene live. They have been retired from the White Tower for a long time, and intend to write the history of the world from before the Breaking to present times. Moiraine could not find what she was looking for, so she says to Lan, that in the event of her death, his Warder bond will be passed to Myrelle, a Green sister.
