The Cazzuto Family (カドズト パミリ, Kadozuto Pamiri) are a mafia organization that rules a unnamed island in South Blue. They are ruled by their leader and founder, Don Cazzuto (who was eventually beaten by Dhahaka D. Knave), and his second in command, Ice John. They act as the first antagonists in Grand Voyage.
