A laboratory on the Core World of Corellia was in operation during the time of the Galactic Civil War. This illegal laboratory, which specialized in bio-engineering creatures, was located on an island off the southern shore of Corellia. Sometime following the Battle of Yavin in 0 BBY, Lieutenant Joth tasked a spacer with investigating the lab, and crippling its operations. Among the lab's residents included three administrative heads, Rond Fenimer, Pirt Rawklin, and Benn Calder, a head doctor named Maldien, and a secretary named Jeridel.
