Lokeij (pronounced loe-KAYj) was a raka Copper Islander who lived during the 5th century HE. He was perhaps born before 400 HE, but his exact date of birth is unknown. Lokeij was one of the leaders of the raka conspiracy, and was a slave to the Balitang family, and served as their chief hostler. He died in 462 HE during an attack on Tanair which was launched by Bronau Jimajen.
